Terms and conditions

Agreement

These terms apply between Laaganan Travel & Tours ("we", "us") and the person making a booking ("you"). By submitting a booking request you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your party.

Bookings and prices

• Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and are those published on this website at the time of booking.
• All times are Philippine Standard Time (Asia/Manila).
• A booking request is an offer. It becomes a contract only when we issue a written confirmation after verifying your deposit.
• We may decline a booking request — for example where a departure is full, below its minimum, or unsafe on your date.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact details, party numbers and ages.
• Tell us in advance about medical conditions, mobility limitations, pregnancy, allergies and dietary needs.
• Arrive at the meeting point at the stated time. Guests who are not present at departure may be treated as a no-show.
• Follow the reasonable instructions of your guide, driver and boat crew, particularly regarding safety equipment.

Our responsibilities

• Provide the services described on the tour page you booked.
• Confirm safety equipment, an accredited boatman and Coast Guard clearance before any sea departure.
• Tell you promptly if we need to change or cancel your tour, and offer the alternatives set out in the booking and weather policy.

Changes to itineraries

We may adjust an itinerary for weather, sea conditions, road conditions, or guest safety. Where a change materially reduces what you booked, we will discuss it with you and offer a reasonable remedy.

Behaviour

We may end a guest's participation without refund where their behaviour endangers others, damages property, or makes it impossible to run the tour safely.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in any package. We strongly recommend arranging your own cover for medical costs, cancellation and personal belongings.

Liability

We are liable for failing to provide the services we agreed to provide, with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from events outside our reasonable control, or for damage to personal gadgets on sea legs.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where Philippine law does not permit it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
