About this tour

The complete Dinagat Islands, given the three days it actually takes.

This was sold as a two-day package and it did not work. Libjo and Basilisa are far apart — each route is a full day at sea on its own — and the land circuit is four stops plus the run up the mountain. Squeezing all of it into two days meant a day that could not be delivered.

So: day one at sea off Basilisa, day two at sea off Libjo, day three on land through the heritage circuit and up to the Basilisa peak for sunset and the Premium Set.

Sea legs are subject to Coast Guard clearance; day three runs regardless of the sea, which is why it is the one that closes the trip.

Itinerary

Day 1 — Basilisa island hopping

  1. 7:30 AMArrival and meet-up at Don Ruben Port, San Jose
  2. 8:00 AMDepart — Basilisa route: Cabacungan Cove, Duyos Camping Resort, then Bitaog Beach (or Bitaog Grandy or Biray-Biray, depending on conditions), and Pagkawasan Garden Beach
  3. 12:00 NNSet lunch on the beach
  4. 3:00 PMReturn to San Jose. Transfer to accommodation. Overnight.

Day 2 — Libjo island hopping

  1. 7:00 AMBreakfast
  2. 8:00 AMDepart — Libjo route: Hagakhak Rock Formations, Pangabangan Beach, Kisses Islets and the Blue Lagoon with the view deck above it, and Jelmars Islet Resort
  3. 12:00 NNSet lunch

Day 3 — Heritage circuit and sunset

What to bring

  • A light jacket — the mountain peak cools quickly after sundown
  • Comfortable walking shoes for the viewing decks
  • Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses
  • A camera — the light between 5:00 and 6:00 PM is the reason people book this
  • Valid ID, plus senior citizen or PWD identification where applicable
  • Swimwear, towel and a dry bag for the island-hopping legs

Weather & safety
Sea legs operate only with Philippine Coast Guard clearance. If sailing is suspended, guests are offered a transfer to the inland heritage circuit, a reschedule, or a refund of the sea portion.
Booking & cancellation
A 50% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due at least two days before your tour date. Deposits are non-refundable, but your slot is transferable to another person. Island-hopping joiners can be booked from a single seat: we pool you with other travellers and the boat sails once ten seats are taken, and if your date does not fill you may move to another date or take a full refund. Sunset combos and land tours run at their published minimum group size — below it you may book the shuttle separately, move to another date, or take a full refund. Single occupancy is available on request at a supplement.
Accessibility & fitness
Please advise us in advance of any medical condition, mobility limitation, or pregnancy. Viewing decks involve short walks on uneven ground and are not wheelchair accessible.
Children
Children aged 5–10 pay 50% of the adult rate. Children under 5 travel free, without a separate seat or set meal.
